Nouno tsuchi

Located on Ikei Island, a drive-accessible island in central Okinawa, Nouno-tsuchi is a cozy café set inside a traditional Japanese home.

The name comes from the Okinawan word nuchigusui, which means “medicine for life.”

Their entirely vegan menu is made with local island ingredients and crafted to align the rhythms of nature with the needs of the body, offering healing through food, in its purest form.
